About us
Tropic Spa has been making hot tubs since 2005 and also offers swim spas and saunas. Our job: to help you choose the right model at the right price, and to support you until it is up and running.
What we do
We make our hot tubs with Aristech acrylic shells, corrosion-treated frames and KL20 electronics as standard (Balboa as an option), and we offer them at prices shown clearly on each product page.
Where to find us
Our showroom and warehouse are in Els Hostalets de Llers, in Catalonia (Spain). You can see our hot tubs there by appointment, or discover them by video call with an advisor, from home. Tropic Spa also has 24 stores in the United States: see our locations.
How we work
- Advice first: by phone, by video call or in the showroom, an advisor helps you choose the size and version, and prepare the site.
- A free, detailed quote: the model, version, cladding and options.
- Preferential delivery rates: enjoy attractive rates negotiated by TropicSpa with independent partner carriers. We put you in touch with transport professionals to offer you a solution suited to your needs, at the best price.
- Payment that suits you: in full, in monthly instalments (customers in France) or in cryptocurrency.
- Support after your purchase: up to 20 years' warranty on shell and frame depending on the model (our warranties), spare parts and technical support.
Our community
More than 50,000 people follow Tropic Spa on Facebook. On our hot tub product pages, customers share their experience on video.
