Rigid outdoor hot tubs for 2 to 12 people
From €2,999 incl. VAT, excluding delivery and options. Delivery and installation
All our hot tubs are rigid hot tubs, the kind many people call a Jacuzzi: a moulded acrylic shell set on a frame and surrounded by cladding, with massage jets, filtration and heating that keep the water ready all year round. From a 2-seater for a terrace to a 12-seater for a holiday let, each model is shown with its dimensions, water capacity, jets and price including VAT. Our flagship models (Samana, Rio, Bahia, Esperanza, Acapulco, Borneo) share the same base: Aristech acrylic shell, stainless steel frame and KL20 electronics, with Balboa Wi-Fi control as an option. Choose the number of seats first, then the level of massage.

Where to start?
The number of seats. Choosing the number of seats depends above all on your wishes and on how you want to enjoy your hot tub: a 2-seater for intimate moments for two, 4 to 6 seats to share the pleasure as a family, or 7 seats and more to welcome your loved ones and enjoy real moments of togetherness. Our guide 2, 4, 6-seater hot tubs or larger helps you find the ideal hot tub.
Lounger or seated places. Loungers offer a complete massage experience, from the neck to the feet; seats offer targeted massages, especially for the back, shoulders and lower back, while making conversation and conviviality easier. Why choose when you can enjoy both? Our hot tubs with lounger seats are gathered on one page.
The massage. A real hydromassage is much more than a number of jets! The power of the pumps, the variety of massages and how they are distributed make all the difference. Our guide Buying a hot tub covers the 8 criteria for choosing well.
Rigid or inflatable?
An inflatable hot tub is a soft tub filled with air: you sit on the bottom, and most of them massage with bubbles. A rigid hot tub is a moulded shell with its own seats, headrests and loungers, and water jets driven by massage pumps. Our hot tubs are built to last: an American Aristech acrylic shell, a steel frame treated against corrosion and heat-reflective panels that limit heat loss. With the thermal cover, the water keeps its temperature between two uses and the hot tub can be used in every season. The details, criterion by criterion: Inflatable or rigid hot tub.
Outdoors, summer and winter
To enjoy your hot tub fully and safely, choose a flat, stable and sufficiently strong surface, ideally a suitable concrete slab. A wooden or composite deck or a raised structure is quite possible, provided its load-bearing capacity is checked beforehand by a professional. Most of our product pages mention a frost protection mode, which protects the water and pipework; with the thermal cover closed, the water stays hot from one soak to the next, even in winter. Our guide Where to install your hot tub covers the base, access and delivery.
Four versions, one shell
Our Samana, Rio, Bahia, Esperanza, Acapulco and Borneo models are available in four versions, with equipment and finishes suited to your expectations. The shell and the dimensions stay the same; the equipment does not. On each product page, the versions table compares them.
- Plug & Play: one massage pump, filtration and heating, with simplified connection to a suitable, protected electrical socket. It is the most affordable version of each model.
- Relaxation: several pumps and many more jets, with Bluetooth music; Balboa Wi-Fi control as an option.
- Intense: the best-equipped version, with horizontal PVC cladding, triple insulation and enhanced lighting.
- Alu-Turbo: equipment close to the Intense version, often with a few more jets, in maintenance-free aluminium and Alu-Teck composite cladding.
Indoors or outdoors?
Hot tubs are usually installed outside. For a conservatory or a converted room, choose a model described as "indoor or outdoor", such as the Fidji, the Bahamas, the Florida or the Romance, in a well-ventilated room with a waterproof floor and a water outlet. Our terms of sale do, however, state that our hot tubs are designed for outdoor use: if installed indoors, we cannot be held responsible for damage to the home or premises (water damage, leaks, short circuits…). Have the room approved by a building professional before you order.
The full budget
Prices shown "from" are for our Plug & Play versions, while the other configurations, in particular Relaxation and Alu-Turbo, are priced on a personalised quote. Your advisor helps you put together a free, personalised quote, taking into account the chosen model, the options you want and any delivery or installation preparation costs. Payment in monthly instalments is also offered on most of our models, subject to approval of your application. Our article Hot tub prices details each item.
Frequently asked questions
Hot tub or Jacuzzi: what is the difference?
In everyday language, none: people say "Jacuzzi" for a whirlpool hot tub. Jacuzzi is in fact a registered trademark, often used as a common noun; our hot tubs are not of that brand. They work on the same principle: a tub of hot water, massage jets, filtration and heating.
Can a hot tub be installed indoors?
Yes for models described as "indoor or outdoor" on their product page, such as the Fidji, the Bahamas, the Florida or the Romance. Plan for a well-ventilated room, a waterproof floor that can carry the filled hot tub and a water outlet, and have the room approved by a building professional. Our terms of sale do, however, state that our hot tubs are designed for outdoor use: if installed indoors, we cannot be held responsible for damage to the home or premises (water damage, leaks, short circuits…).
How long does it take to heat the water in a hot tub?
With a 3,000 W heater, fitted to most of our hot tubs, the water theoretically gains about 2.5 °C per hour for 1,000 litres, twice as fast for 500 litres. The first fill therefore takes a few hours for a small hot tub and a night or more for a large one; after that, the insulation and the cover maintain the temperature. See Hot tub electricity consumption.
How do I choose between two hot tubs of the same size?
Compare the seating layout (seats or loungers), the number of massage pumps, the cladding and the warranty of each model. For four-version models, the "Choose your version" table on the product page also compares the versions. An advisor can present both models to you by video call.
Can a hot tub stay outside in winter?
Yes. Most of our hot tubs have a frost protection mode, shown in the "Electricity and controls" section of their product page. Leave the hot tub running and the thermal cover closed: the water stays hot between soaks, and winter is even the season people enjoy it most. A spot sheltered from the wind also helps. See Hot tub maintenance.
