Delivery of your hot tub
Delivering your hot tub is simple: we put you in touch with our official carriers, and the one you choose takes care of everything.
How it works
- We give you the contacts. Your advisor sends you the list of our official carriers.
- The carrier makes you an offer. They propose a price and a date for your address.
- They take care of everything. You accept their offer and they arrange the delivery with you.
Getting ready for your hot tub
A flat, solid base, a suitable power supply (except Plug & Play versions) and a tap nearby: your advisor will help you check everything. The details are in our guide Preparing the site.
Good to know
- You remain free to entrust the transport to a carrier of your choice, or to collect your hot tub from our depot in Els Hostalets de Llers (Spain), by appointment.
- Lead times: a hot tub available in stock, marked as such on your order form, is normally made available within 48 hours. A hot tub put into manufacture (out of stock or made to order) can take 12 to 26 weeks from confirmation of the order.
- On receipt, check your hot tub and note any problem on the delivery note (written and signed reservations), then confirm them by e-mail to contact@tropicspa.fr within 48 hours.
- Storage: more than 30 days after your hot tub has been made available at our depot, storage charges of €15 excl. VAT per day apply.
- If you choose one of our official carriers, we send them your contact details so they can arrange the delivery with you.
