Before you order
- Footprint and filled weight
Footprint : 1.9 × 1.35 m (2.6 m²), 73 cm high.
With an empty weight of 230 kg and a capacity of 450 litres of water, the Samana hot tub weighs about 680 kg once filled, not counting bathers.
To enjoy your hot tub fully and safely, choose a flat, stable and strong enough surface, ideally a suitable concrete slab.
Would you like to install it on a timber or composite deck, or on a raised structure? That is entirely possible, provided a professional checks its load capacity beforehand.
Our team is on hand to help you prepare your installation.
- Delivery access
Dimensions of the hot tub packed on its pallet: 203 × 141 × 92 cm.
Your hot tub is packed and transported on its side to make handling easier.
Before ordering, check the size of every opening on the way (gate, path, door…) to its final position.
Not sure about access? Talk to your sales advisor! A simple video of the way in lets us study the delivery options and get you the most suitable quote from our partner carriers.
- First heat-up
Fitted with a 3,000 W heater, our Intense and Alu-Teck hot tubs heat up by about 2 °C per hour, and up to 4 °C per hour on the most compact models, depending on the volume of water and the outdoor conditions.
Our tip: always keep the insulated cover closed while heating, to limit heat loss and help your hot tub warm up faster.
- Electricity – how to prepare your hot tub's connection
Plug & Play version: simple connection to a suitable socket, with protection that meets the manufacturer's recommendations.
Other versions: our hot tubs are delivered set up for 400 V three-phase, but can also run on 230 V single-phase once a qualified professional has fitted an electrical bridge.
For a single-phase installation, you will need:
- A 3G6 mm² electrical cable.
- A dedicated line with a 32 A circuit breaker and a 30 mA residual current device, depending on the model's specifications.
- A direct connection of the cable into your hot tub's control unit, with no plug in between.
Important: the cable from your electrical panel to your hot tub must be run and connected by a qualified electrician, who will check the cable size and the protections required.
Do you have three-phase power? Your hot tub can keep its original setup, with a suitable connection.

Samana hot tub at a glance
The Samana is designed for two: two head-to-toe loungers, each with its own layout of jets, so you can enjoy a full massage together, from neck to feet. Compact (1.90 m × 1.35 m) and light, it fits on a terrace or in a corner of the garden, and its 450 litres heat up quickly. At just 73 cm high, it goes through doorways easily.
Highlights
- Two loungers with headrests: massage for the back, legs and soles of the feet
- Up to 63 jets including 3 XL rotating jets, depending on the version
- Designed to go through doorways easily, thanks to its 73 cm height
- Illuminated waterfall and LED mood lighting
- Balboa Wi-Fi control from your phone, as an option
- Plug & Play version that plugs into a standard socket
Two head-to-toe loungers
The Samana devotes its whole surface to two loungers, the position in which the massage is most complete. Set head to toe, they do not have the same layout of jets: each bather enjoys a different massage. The jets are spread along the back, the calves and under the feet, and each bather has their own headrest.
Small volume, small running budget
With 450 litres of water, the Samana heats up quickly and needs few water care products. Its empty weight of 230 kg and compact format make delivery simpler, even with narrow access: at 73 cm high, it was designed to go through doorways easily.
Four versions
The Samana comes in four versions: Plug & Play (one massage pump, connection to a standard socket), Relaxation, Intense (63 jets, triple insulation, horizontal PVC cladding) and Alu-Turbo, clad in maintenance-free aluminium and Alu-Teck composite. The "Specifications" section describes the Intense version.
